Google Mail (GMail): Managing All My Emails

"You are currently using 6274 MB (85%) of your 7341 MB." I admit that I have not been tidy. Google said I need never delete, Big Mistake.
What all is there? Personal letters and forums and the like.
Well, I can gradually sift them but they are accumulating every day. I thought to move All My Emails to another gmail account and then start over on the present one and make it tidy.
I could just ask my friends to email me elsewhere, but if I can just move the old emails elsewhere to another gmail account, to Mozy or the like, that is my preference.
Can anyone tell me how to do that or definitely tell me to move my email address for my friends?

If you take a business account with them, you can go to 25 Gb (per user). That would allow you to keep being lazy with cleaning without anybody noticing it. It's not free, but it saves you a lot of work. And time = money, isn't it?
