Google engine displays website that don't contain th key

Google engine displays website that don't contain the keywords I used.

It's bugging me how this works. So I am looking for articles that contain the keyword psychological isolation and some of the websites found don't contain those words.

Please shed some lights on this.

There's a famous story here in the Netherlands about a former prime minister (JP Balkenende). Some artful SEO by a few whizzkids made his homepage the first google hit for "raar kapsel" (which is Dutch for: "weird haircut") although that certainly wasn't mentioned on it.

It may be due to the strong SEO, Now that page may not have contained that keyword but it should be in the meta description...More over Google crawler also check for the synonyms, May be the synonyms for some keywords matching there..Thanks... Happy
