I've recently updated my computer and now that I'm back on chrome won't load any site properly. I tried troubleshooting chrome but that didn't help. here's what it looks like.

Clarification Request
Why are there kittens or bunnies on the screen there?
Mar 30, 2018 10:12AM PDT

It doesn't look stock. When you have issues like this you RESET THE BROWSER and dump all addons and modifications.

The pictures are just a theme

That's just a theme. I can't access the extentions or settings the same thing keeps happening with the blank screen appearing.

As you know

When this happens we go back to stock. If someone pushes back then you may never figure it out.

But here's to hope.

how do I reset everything then?

So far I'd reset Chrome.

Here's the usual full Chrome reset. https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/vE0K9wPvfYo

If that fails it's time to see how this PC differs. Sometimes I find folk install a security suite or more than one and set it to maximum security causing all sorts of woe. This may not be the case here but you know more about your PC than I do. What do you think it is?
