google chrome browser

Google chrome will not not open.I had tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but still will not load up.Does anyone have a fix for this

The chrome browser does not crash.it will not load up.I get a message to wait or kill page. Which one you click does not matter it just goes nothing..When it stoped work I uninstalled it and reinstalled many times same result.I have the same problem with the Comoda dragon browser. my Flock,fowfire,IE and and Slim browsers work fine.
Any help would be appreciated

Seems that all you can do is try a new user account (Windows account) to see if there's some form of account corruption, bad settings or malware in your account only.

If that doesn't help, either be content with having 4 browsers that work and 2 that don't, or do an extensive check for malware or do a clean install of Windows.

could it be due to firewall?

Is it possible that firewall installed blocked the chrome.exe process? Temporarily exit your firewall and see whether it makes a difference.
