GoodHouse Keeping

A very good start, but I believe you've missed a couple of vital steps.
1.up date any Anti Virus SW
2.check for any spyware.
3.use a good Registory clean-up tool - I use "Registory First Aid".
4. empty the Rubbish Bin.
5. then do the rest of the list

Instead of creating an "orphan" by posting a "new" topic, normally, you can simply click on the "Reply to this message" button after reading the post. Your response will then be placed immediately below the topic in question.
