Question

Goodbye to "Carpetbagger" Jeb?

Jeb Bush top person leaves, campaign could be wrapping up soon.

"The highest-ranking official known to lose her job in Jeb Bush’s flagging campaign is Christine Ciccone, the campaign’s chief operating officer.

News of Ms. Ciccone’s departure comes a week after the Bush campaign announced a re-organization that it said would reduce payroll by 40%. Ms. Ciccone served as Mr. Bush’s chief operating officer, effectively an office administrator responsible for logistics.

“We are grateful to have had Christine on the team, we respect her immensely,” Bush spokesman Tim Miller said."

RE: "Carpetbagger"

"Carpetbagger"?

How so?

In United States history a carpetbagger was a Northerner who moved to the South after the American Civil War, during the Reconstruction era (1865–1877). White Southerners denounced them fearing they would loot and plunder the defeated South.

Jeb Bush/Born February 11, 1953 (age 62 years), Midland, Texas, United States.

The term "fear monger" seems to apply.

You think he's going to loot and plunder the "defeated North"? You think the North is doing good?....Chicago?...Detroit?

RE: Kennebunkport, Maine
The Bush compound is the summer home of 41st President of the United States George H. W. Bush. It is located on Walker's Point (previously known as Point Vesuvius and home to a Kennebunkport city park called "Damon Park"). Walker's Point juts out into the Atlantic Ocean in southern Maine, in the town of Kennebunkport, Maine. The property has been a family retreat for more than a century.

"summer home"....."family retreat"?

They only go down South to breed, loot and plunder?

Aren't you from down South...now living up North? Same as you claim the Bush clan is doing.

Are you retreating to your summer home?

Americans born in the North have a winter place in the South,.....Or wish they did
Americans born in the South have a summer place in the North...Or wish they did

Others live in the North and complain about the cold and snow OR live in the South and complain about the heat and rain(and sometimes snow).

Are you enjoying your winters up North?
