Good software for my purpose

May 30, 2012 12:54AM PDT

Hi,

I have been using WMM and WLMM to create some subtitles for foreign films.

I would like, however, to utilize some functions that neither of these programs seems to have and I thought I would ask for a recommendation on software.

I would like a software that can:

1. Change the font on all the subtitles at once.
2. Import or already have an outline-based font.
3. Change the location of all the subtitles on the screen (for example, 3/4 of the way down the screen, or 1 inch from the bottom)
4. Easily scroll through the project file (I find that in WLMM, for example, it is very difficult to get to a specific point in the track and at appropriate zoom)

If it's unclear from "all the subtitles" I would mean not just the first or second subtitle but every single text that I have added to the file.

I don't think I need anything fancy, and I am ok with both free and paid software, but if I am paying, I would like to pay under $40, if possible.
