Good Quality Camera?

i have been looking for a good and easy to use camera for quite some time now. i need something with great quality to put on my pc, and take decent quality videos. dont want to spend any more than 500 dollars. thanks

About the best digital camera movie clips I have seen, came from a Canon S1-IS. Of course a good digital camcorder can do better.
