Toshiba patented some nanotech lithium battery that could charge to 80% full in 60 seconds. Full in minutes. Then they proceeded to sell off their battery division.

Good news/reference source for battery technology?...
does anyone know of a good spot to get info on battery technologies coming down the pipe? ...their pros/cons as far as output per pound, environmental cost, longevity, etc.?
I'd really like to have an all electric society - much simpler and cleaner supply chain I think...
