good news epson printer owners unhappy about windows vista

If you own one of those epson printers that prints directly to cd's and dvd's than I have some news for you.

This is only for people running windows vista.

I have reading a lot of buzz around the net about people who own epson printers with cd/dvd print capabilities who are also running widows vista. For the most part what I have read is that most people are mad because they no longer can print to cd's/dvd's under vista.

Guess what? Here is something everyone who thought there was no hope should try. If you still have the epson driver cd that came with your printer it only has drivers for the other versions of windows, but it also has epson print cd on it. YOu can install it from the cd and it will work with windows vista I have tried it and tested it. THis really works.

THE ONLY THINg TO REMEMBER is that after you insert the cd and the program starts to install you have to tell it to cancel because it is going to want to install the printer driver.

Epson print to cd
by anmor / July 27, 2007 7:13 AM PDT

was crap to use under XP and has not improved in Vista. Good quality printing photos but a pain to use for cd's. I replaced mine with a Canon which gives me no problems in XP or Vista it also supplies all new software as well as drivers for Vista including the cd software.

Thank you Knight2448! Your solution works. It is easy to fix and the print cd function works great with my R200. Thanks again!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
