good deal on t1?

I saw an add for a sony dsc-t1 and I was wondering if this would be a good deal. It is $400 and you get a $40 gift card to office depot. The 256mb MS pro duo cards are about $45 (sandisk). Should I get it or should i wait?

Sony T1

You very seldon see the T1 at a reduced price.

The current cheapest internet price from a reliable source is $375 (with free shipping) from newegg.com

$400 is the going price at most stores.
If Office Depot is offering a $40 gift card, it sounds like a good deal.

Should you wait????

Good Question - but I have no answer.
