Good cheap smart phone for Skype, Facebook, Music &Podcasts?

Hi,

Tech unsavvy here. Looking for a good but inexpensive smart phone (or small tablet) to use for:

Skype calls
Text app
Facebook
Music
Podcasts
Camera

(I don't have a phone plan nor wish to get one; I do all calls on Skype and all texts through a free text app.)

Thanks for any advice you can offer.

Try one of those BLU's

Check out the BLU models on Amazon.com. Stick to the 99 to 199 buck models. At less than 99 bucks, be sure it has 1GB RAM (or more) and 8GB Flash memory (or more.)
