Resolved Question

Gom Player stalls on on some Audacity mp3s

Dec 6, 2011 4:25AM PST

Hi! The Gom Player typically plays all the video and audio on my computer quite well, except for some mp3s I created from .aup files in Audacity. The player will miss playing the first few seconds of these files on a first attempt, then plays those first seconds when I start again at the beginning. Then, on my last three of these files I created, it takes some nudging to make the player even start, then it plays okay. This continues even after I installed the latest Gom Player. BTW, my VLC player plays these files without that problem.

I have Windows Vista Home Premium, and Audacity 1.3 Beta with the Lame converter for mp3s. Thanks for any help.

So I offered the next best thing. Where to report it or maybe find out if the bug is known.

Sorry about that.
