I have a Dell Dimension plder E310. too many wires. I live in Ensenada. I have a DSL modem a linksys broadband router. How can I go wireless and get rid of the spaghetti around my PC

Wireless adapter or wireless pci slot card since you already have the router, that should do it.

Now I assumed that your linksys router IS wireless, if it is, just get (preferably) a Linksys adapter, pci slot or usb. If your router is NOT wireless you are in for the purchase of more hardware, an access point. I would match Linksys with Linksys, makes life easier.
