GoBack Program

Jul 25, 2006 2:36PM PDT

I have a program called GoBack that lets you revert your harddrive to before you did something. It was put out by Roxio and is no longer available. There is a Norton GoBack program that is still on sale. Is this the same program????

Yes...

Symantec bought GoBack from Roxio and then released version 4.0 under the Norton brand name. It has a modified interface and includes a couple new features, but is essentially the same program.

Would I Benefit From Updating????

I really love the GoBack program but my version is the last one put out my Roxio. Would I benefit from upgrading to the Norton GoBack program? I only tried one another program put out by Norton but didn't like it.

why break it with Nortons version of GoBack. I have had GoBack on my Win98 system when it first came out from Wildfile GoBack, then Adaptec GoBack, to Roxio GoBack. I won't touch Nortons version. JMO.
A little history here. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GoBack
