Does anyone know how to make Go Back 3 work for two physical disks. The second was installed in the machine after Go Back 3

I don't know Goback, so it's quite likely somebody else will give a better answer than I do. So this is just for the unlikely case nobody knows.

1. Have a look in the help.
2. Have a look in the options.
3. Have a look in the manual that came with the product (migth be on the CD, not in print)
4. Have a look at the Symantec site (www.symantec.com). They've a faq and a search.

and, if all of the above fails,

5. Uninstall the program and reinstall again to see if
it picks up both hard disks or lets you choose at install time.

Hope this helps.

After some light reading, I agree with a post that two areas about Goback3 (GB3)seem to cause people grief. Changing the hardware after GB3 is installed and anything "different" or new types of hardware.

There may be no fix but to uninstall and reinstall GB3.
