They are about 11 inches long now:) Probably the Oscar you saw was one of the Reds. They are beautiful too. I had an Albino Oscar in my pond that was nice too:) The neighbor cat got him:( BUT Toad got that cat:)Paybacks are bad!!!

In reply to: Hi George:)

Years ago, (I say that cause with me everything is years ago) I had a small fish tank for the kids. By the time we put a heater, filter, rocks and some greenry in it, I think I had about $150 into it. All kinds of pretty fish. Neons tetras, etc. What a job keeping that thing clean. One day I saw some real nice pretty fish at the store so I bought those. Don't know what they were, but the next morning these vultures ate up all the other fish. The kids lost interest in it after awhile and I got tired of being the only one trying to keep stuff alive in it. Finally, I dumped all the junk out of it and put in a couple of Jerbiles. The kids took it over then, of which I was happy because they are messy too. And yes the cat finally got one. So, I never got into fish too much Glenda. Good luck with your Oscars.

The first time I looked at them only two pics were showing, Now I see all of them! Thank you for taking the time KP:)They turned out better than I thought! Did you do some tweaking on them?

I initially uploaded all of them as is. Then I decided to

In reply to: Strange......

run them through Photoshop's highlight/shadows filter. That looked good enough to reupload. I thought they were all reuploaded before anyone, except maybe George, looked. However, maybe there's a posting delay.

I didn't delete the originals until the replacements were uploaded, so I don't know why you would see only two. Guess I'll have to be sure I'm done before posting a link.

I knew you must have fixed them:)

Thank you for the extra work. My house is kind of dark so it is hard to get pics to turn out well. The male Oscar is so much darker than the female that he never takes a good pic! The two of them love playing in the bubbles and the glass disks on the bottom are their toys too, They pick them up and move them all over the place!! No decorating in an Oscar tank as they pull out plants and move things to suit them:)

Nice pics Sue

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
