Glary Utilities Pro 5.6.0.13

Aug 29, 2014 10:58AM PDT

I have been using Glary Utilities Pro on my desk top OS Win 8.1 since March of this year, previously used only the free program. Over the last month or so, every time I start up my PC (yes I do shut it down daily), I am reminded of the new Pro version 5.6.0.13. I check and sure enough, the previous version is showing as current. So I down load and check to ensure the newest version is showing in my program. I have written to Glarysoft a few times and no one has responded.

Is anyone else experiencing this? It is frustrating to need to download everyday the very same version. I have never experienced this behavior before.

If their technical support can't help you, your options probably are:
1. Accept the situation as is.
2. Don't download the latest version, just run the previous one you paid for,
3. Uninstall the program.

It's a pity the 90-days-unconditional-mony-back period is over.

Another option.

Uninstall the previous version. Then download and install the latest version, and see if it accepts the license key, If it does, your problem is solved. If it doesn't, you can reinstall the previous version, if you like. Nothing lost then.
