Resolved Question

gip fusion popups

Feb 27, 2014 10:50PM PST

I downloaded the DOWNLOAD APP and found that it also installed several popups on my computer that annoyingly open an empty page whenever I click a link. I uninstalled the DOWNLOAD APP but still get the popups. How can I remove them????

You forgot to tell
- what download app you downloaded from where - there might be many around the web
- what browser you use

Lacking the browser, all I can say is:
1. disable the extensions (or add-ons or whatever it's called in your browser) that you installed
2. see if there's an uninstall option for those add-ons in Control Panel>Programs and Features
