gigantic bug in microsoft windows installer

Feb 27, 2007 8:22PM PST

Hi !
I've found significant bug in windows installer and I have reported this matter repeatedly to customer services of Microsoft but no one hadn't take considerable attention to the case already and the important matter seem as not worthy of paying attention to them , And they lead us to an irrelevant phone number that I could not find appropriate person to inform the bug .
by the way , do you men really know how the bug is huge . please do not take me wrong but if I plan to give out some information related to this bug Microsoft will lose fat money as damage to software cooperations because of this bug in windows installer
please send my message to Microsoft and inform them they have been surrounded by fishy problem .and I assure you Microsoft need some one to solve this problem
I m looking forward to hearing from you .

We cannot help without info

What you blabbed about would not allow us to help in any way unless you specified exactly what the supposed bug is, what the cause is, if it is reproducible and how, if the used hardware is relevant, and finally what the result(s) of this bug is/are.

Just ranting on microsoft and how awful this bug is helps noone.

Possibly you missed his point.

If the bug allows an exploit, the last thing we want is for him to post it here.

The link that this writer provided gives him the path to report the weakness to Microsoft and to work with them for a patch to eliminate the problem.

Please consider, re blabbing, is that many posters in these forums do not have English as their primary language, and thus their sentences are not perfect.
