Gigabyte motherboard S-series G41M-ES2L PLEASE HELP!!

Ok so im trying to build a low end machine i have everything i need apart from the processor, i had this one in mind:
Intel

Spent hours scanning through different sites with no luck. thank you so much this has solved my problem. don't actualy want the HS fan but im not to fussed.

I always buy the retail CPUs with the 3 year warranty

and then install an aftermarket HS FAN with better, more efficient cooling. Even though its a few bucks more ....it's worth it for the warranty, especially on the higher priced CPUs.
