Maybe not? It was all too much fun at the office one day on a similar complaint. Sure enough, the PC was playing a radio station but no software was installed to do that. We shut down the PC and the radio kept going. It was the cubicle next door with a radio in the right spot... Nobody was home there, but the alarm clock was waking up and playing.
1. Shut down next time to be sure it's the PC.
2. Fans that are failing make odd noises.
3. Modems can pickup radio signals...

This just started LAST week, I'm suddenly getting what I'll call Ghost sounds out of my computer. What I mean by that, is that at no particular time, no schedule, I have recently been receiving SOUND messages, last time I heard it, it was for a movie I think, the movie is starting Nov. 26th, but I was 1/2 asleep at 6:30AM when I heard it(my computer is on DSL & online 24 X 7), I heard voices, it was weird...Bob Proffitt, before U suggest, I did the BIG 5 that U ALWAYS suggest for paracites etc. I don't think I downloaded any executables, any suggestions??
