Ghost Emails

I am using Outlook 2007 on Windows Vista. Have set outlook to send/receive every minute or so and is connected to the companies MS Outlook Web Access to download my emails. It starts fine but it is always trying to receive emails that don't exist. All that said, how do I fix this issue? It takes time and slows outlook down.

I was afraid of that...tough to get with them. Thanks for the heads up.
