Getting Videos on the PSP

i downloaded a .mp4 video from google video...
how do i get it on the psp

first rename it to a title of a sequence of MAQU#### for example it could be MAQU8788 then drag and drop the file to the psp. Go to the folder MP_Root then put it in 101ANV01

well the way i do it is i have max media manager, u can buy it for like 5 bucks at circuit city or something, its a tiny disk, looks like a gamecube disk and t comes with a usb cable for it, plug in the psp and install MMM, then pop up the program click on the video tab at the top and go to add media to library, find the file and copy it, it should work i havent really tried to get .mp4 on there i usually have .wmv or w/e it is :/ good luck figuring it out
