Getting USB 2.0 Problem in windows 7.

Hi... I have a Acer laptop. Due to some problem i lost my Ethernet device. Now i want to use USB 2.0 Ethernet device. But it could not connected. Now what can i do to use it. Please suggest me.

USB port and the device are both the correct version. Meaning they are both either USB 2.0 or USB 3.0. Make sude the driver for the device is loaded. if the device driver is installed you will probably have to disable the internal ehternet card to avois a conflict.

Hello R. Proffitt. thanks for suggestion but mainly problem is create by hardware. Actully engineer says that your mother board is finished. In market i can get the that hardware in that series. My series is Acer aspire 4736. i can get fro service center also.
