Getting through to Roku 2 server?

Dec 28, 2011 8:58PM PST

My wireless router works fine for my laptop. But I just got a Roku2 XS and can't connect to the Roku server. When the screen asks for my router password, do I put in the router's IP address, security key, or what? I have a Belkin N+ wireless router. Thanks.

That's the WEP or WPA(2) password you entered in your router (could be Belkin calls it 'security key'). Not the IP address.

Thanks. That's what I tried. Maybe the Roku server was down. I'll keep trying but if I can't get through I will contact Roku support.
