Free tutorials are available for all the office apps from Microsoft's website.
I recently bought Office 2003 Pro, and it includes Outlook.
Is there a source of information that tells me how to get Outlook running? If I just click on the icon, a message says that the "MS Exchange Server is unavailable." If I try to work offline, I get a message saying, "Unable to open Outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened."
I'm completely in the dark (and I thought I was so smart!).
I'm afraid I need a step-by-step process.
I am presently using a cable modem, via Optimum Online. My present e-mail application is MSN.
Is there a site for this sort of thing?
