If you mean Windows 8, that is still in beta release, so no surprise you have errors.

Error names and codes?

If you do not know one should never have more than one antivirus program installed on a system, then you should not be running a beta version of Windows 8 (or 9), or anything other than a stock and default operating system.

More than one active and running antivirus will cause system lockups, freezes, blue screens, errors, and will not give you twice the protection, but half of what you have with one antivirus.

Why did you upgrade?

Is this resolved?

Go here to learn how to restore Window 7:

http://www.pagestart.com/w8pbrecoverw709291101.html

and here:

http://www.pagestart.com/w8pbrecoverw710291103.html

The second is for a keyless install (no product microsoft key needed). This a required step.

Main home page of this website; (I see where you got your Windows 9)

Here: http://www.pagestart.com/windows7korner.html

Note that the steps are complicated and must be followed exactly, otherwise you could wind up with an expensive paperweight on your hands.

Strongly recommend you let a professional restore your system. Pay them whatever they are worth to you.

The above will at least let that person follow along.

OR:

Another way would be to use your original install discs for Windows 7, use Ubuntu to save any files you want to keep on a flash drive, and format and do a clean install of Windows 7.

Clean install, by definition, will mean you will lose all data on Windows 8. When you format the drive there will be no more Windows 8 or 7 on it, it will be empty.

That is why you would use Ubuntu as a live CD to copy files you want to save first to a flash or external drive.

See here to learn how to download and burn, not copy, the downloaded file of Ubuntu Live CD.

Here: http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/download

Scroll down to learn how to burn a CD using the .iso file you have downloaded. Follow instructions on how to start your system using Ubuntu Live CD you have just created here:

Scroll to "Try It>Show me how!" on the same page immediately above.

Be sure to not install Ubuntu when it starts! When Ubuntu runs as a Live CD, it makes no changes to your system and will completely disappear when you shut your computer down.

Running as a Live CD will take some time because your computer needs to load Ubuntu into memory; the CD drive is not fast like the hard drive you have on your computer. Go and have a cup of coffee or tea.

Once fully loaded, you will see the Ubuntu desktop and will be able to navigate to your Windows and Windows.old folder to copy and paste the files to whatever you are using for a backup media. Documents and Settings is another folder to look at.

This CD is a useful tool to have whenever Windows will not start, and also useful when a clean, fresh install of Windows is the only option, as here.

To format your drive when ready to do so here:

Near the bottom of this article with a note from the editor re:

You may want to check this out to avoid any problems with installing Windows 7 as new.

Come back here for anything you do not understand.
