Ok, so we decided to get a new CRM. We had ACT v18. We moved to InfusionSoft. Now, we are looking at ZOHO.
But the boss only hears from consultants who like a specific solution, so he wants to hear from people who actually USE a CRM system. Tell us what ZOHO is like. Tell me if you used something else as well, and which you prefer.
Not looking for another "expert" --- looking for someone with their hands on the wheel who can tell me how the thing drives.
(We are in the financial services business; we have investors and those hunting for investors. We get proposals from mortgage brokers for mortgages. We own property that we rent out. So we have lots of different data sets. We need to do marketing, both online and offline, plus statistical analysis of broker activity. Simply: we need it all - but do not want to pay huge monthly fees, or get five systems to do all these things we want.)
