Germany handed Saddam's defence plans to US invaders

by EdH / February 27, 2006 10:21 AM PST

The bad thing about this (besides spelling ''defense'' wrong) is that they act like this was a terrible thing to do instead of being proud of it.

"It included plans to mass troops in defensive rings around the capital,"....

Saddam's been watching American "westerns"?? His plan was to "circle the wagons"??

Layers of rings, expendable bodies, to protect the center by multiple layers of defenders.

And even if they don't want to fight, they're between two groups that will kill them while trying to get to each other, so fight they will.

...especially the part that says that if it stands still, you can hit it - and if you can hit it, you can kill it...or bypass it. Devil

But the Euro-poltroone are aghast at the prospect!

Also it puts the lie to "if only Bush had waited, Europe would have helped." They were NEVER going to help, no matter what. They were bought and sold by Saddam.

Germany sharing Saddam?s Defence Plan was no great benevolent act of friendship on their part.

My guess is that Saddam?s Defense Plan was no more than a one pager, possibly two pages counting the crayon sketch mentioned.

Plan Summary:
1.Burn Oil Wells.
2. Drop Weapons.
3. Raise Hands.
4. Saddam Go Hide In Spider Hole.
