My bet is they know what errors their software can cough up.

Hi
Some weeks ago I downloaded and installed geotag photos pro on my own win 7 64-bites PC. Have also used the app and it works great.
Today I downloaded the same program on my fathers win 7 32-bites PC. That went good. But when I tried to run it, a problem appeared. It couldn run. I Right clicked on the programfile and checked the compability and an error occured with code 0x80004003
What can be done to get a solution?

They may know, but it isnt sure
The company dont give support, at least very late. Does somebody know something about this problem or have experience with similiar problems?
But it points to buggy code. The error code tells us that but if the author won't support or correct it for Windows 7 32 bit or tell if you need to update .NET then you have run to the end of the road.
It's getting more and more rare to see a 32 bit OS so my bet is they don't test for this.

"Thursday, November 21, 2013 8:05:34 AM" was the windows app signing time. Given it's age I wonder if recent changes in security on Windows as well as the 32/64 bit question is in play.
On Window 7 you have many install workarounds. Such as running in XP compatibility and all the rest. I won't list them all here. It's been on the web for many years.
