GeForce TX5200 has only max. 800 x 600 resolution

Hello,
I have a friend who has a computer with an Geforce fx 5200 card.
Suddenly he has a screen resolution of 800 x 600 and it cannot be adjusted to more and the colors are 4-bit with no possibility to increase. Why does that happen? I think this graphic card is good for more and why is the resolution so low and cannot be configured?

I also saw in the control panel that there is CSNW installed, maybe that is the reason for this error?

Install the drivers

Download the latest drivers from nVidia's website, install them, reboot, make changes.
