But the issue I have is how effective it would be for me, being in the EU now.

Canada, yes it would be of value as what ever happens south of me, would always make it's way north.

But here is Ireland, I am not sure of what value it would be, except at least I can see what is happening and could potentially show up where I am. Fore-warned is Fore-Armed...

But it is good to know that there are at least good resources to get both sides of the story now.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
