Geek needed, for Error 1706

XP, Dell Inspiron 4100. How do I fix this.
This pops up on my error log, every time I use MS Picture It!Photo 2002
When you install Microsoft Host Integration Server 2000 Service Pack 1 (SP1), you may receive the following error message:
. No valid source could be found for product Microsoft Host Integration Server 2000 SP 1. The Windows installer cannot continue.
This problem occurs when the CD that is in the drive when the Microsoft Windows Installer service starts is not the Host Integration Server 2000 CD. The service pack installation is looking for the Host Integration Server 2000 CD. However, another CD is in the drive.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a bug in Windows Installer version 1.2.
To resolve this problem, use the Update.exe program to install . The Update.exe program automatically updates Windows Installer 2.0 so that the problem does not occur.
QUESTION:How do I use Update.exe ,also there were 5 hyperlinks to Host Integration Server 2000 Service Pack 1,which 1 do I use. Can anyone walk me through this, Thank you
