Gear S3 sensors are not working after recent update

Sensors like wrist wake up, heart rate monitoring etc are not working after the latest update.

I also did multiple watch reset, factory reset, cleared both gear app & plugins data.
However, my friend's watch is working even after this update, we bought it together. So, it happened to few unlucky ones only.

The only difference between our watch is MCU version (checked using test mode, sensor hub, *#0*#):

My MCU version is BR010 (Status: Fail) where as his MCU version is BR0118032200 (Status: Pass).
I think this is the probable cause, may be my update was not applied well or fully since we have exact same watch brought from same place at same time.

Hope next update will fix it.

I have the same problem.

I am facing the same issue with my Gear S3, since the last update ( And it has been almost 3-4 months now but no support from the company itself even after writing so many complaints on the Samsung Support Page.

There are a lot of people with the same issue, so on behalf of all of them I request Samsung or anyone else who can, to help us.

Well this is not a cheap or an ordinary product at all, we are talking about a smartwatch that is one of the best Android supported smartwatch of its time and best rival to its iOS competitor that costs almost 430$.

So anyone who has spent so much for this device doesn't expect facing silly problems. And the biggest problem is negligence from the company itself.

Please help !!!!!!!!!!!

Tizan 3 update . All sensors on my gear3 stopped working... 3months no fix.. tizan4 update yesterday.. still didnt fix issues with sensors... watch is useless with out the sensors working... come on samsung help the world of senseless gear3 watches out there...
