I have a GateWay Lap Top, a T-Series (t-16) and it seems to be having issues with key boards... I couldn't get a brand new replacement to work for the longest time and then I found out that there was a HotFix for keyboard issues in Windows Vista. After installing it the keyboard would let me type, but the caps lock light is blinking and LooKs ReAlly AnNoYiNG... <<< Like that. This, I believe is causing the system to crash almost systematically after about 5 minutes of run time it just shuts off, no blue screen,it just powers off abruptly. I tried unplugging the LapTop Key board and using a USB one, same thing. Owning a computer repair shop I feel almost helpless right now as I have never heard of or seen anything like this and after ten years I thought I had seen everything...WRONG...
AMD TURION TL-60 (dual core)
2 GB DDR2 @ 667mhz
250 GB Hard Drive.
ATI Mobility Radeon x1250 (INT/MOBO)
Windows Vista Home Premium (32 Bit)
Note: I ran Everest, CPUZ, HighJack This, and even used my own proprietary diagnostics system and I get no errors of any kind... I was thinking that the Key Board controller might be fried but every report from every progam I can get my hands on tells me it is 'working properly'
I would appreciate any thoughts that you guys have or any help that you can offer me. I will continue with my own search for answers as well.
PS, Just in case one of you is reading this and thinking 'how could you not know the answer to that' I will accept the bashing I deserve because honestly this is the first time in a long time I have felt like a complete NooB!
One of the best French door fridges we've tested
A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
