I recently purchased a Gateway 3522 notebook. I was looking for a compact, lightweight laptop for easy portability. I am generally pleased with it however a have a couple of concerns. Firstly, within a week of purchasing it, parts are falling off. Two black rubber screw covers below the screen have fallen off exposing the screws beneath. One is lost forever. Also the lower corners of the LCD display appear to have a dark discoloration so the screen brightness is not uniform. It?s as if the corners are being lightly pressed by something. These are minor but annoying issues. The question I have is, am I overreacting or are these legitimate quality concerns that I should have addressed. Has anyone had similar issues. Thanks
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
