Gas Pumping Laws Changed in Oregon Today.

I never lived in that state and when my father moved there I visited and got into trouble when I got out of the car to fill up.

The objections are interesting, because many are legit. But in NM and back in the US I've pumped my own for years, and I'm still alive.

a full serve island. I suspect these are "by appointment" only here. I don't know about your area but, in mine, prices for gasoline fluctuate wildly but in a sawtooth fashion with a quickly rising slope and slowly falling one. It can almost be predicted when a 30c jump will occur. I'll be behind someone in their Yukon who opens the rear to expose a dozen 20 liter Jerry cans and I hope there's room to switch lanes fast.

last Full Serve pump I was filled up at was 1996 in Naperville Illinois.

some regulatory agency will ask that grounding straps of some kind be required similar to those used during airplane refueling. The pump would be disabled until a good ground was detected.
