The only problem I see today is that folk rarely can install Windows and all the drivers and helper apps. And too high a percentage ask me what a helper app is. That's not a good sign.

Alright. First off, I'm more of a media/video editing kind of guy, but I feel like my old PC isn't coming up to my standards. I have set up a 1600 dollar budget for myself, and I really need help deciding what hardware I should get, since I would like to game and edit. I want a PC that can run BF4 on a solid (or better) on 60 fps on Ultra settings. I really don't care if this thing looks like a tank, but I want to get the best bang out of my buck.
