If you are surfing the web and doing office work, it doesn't get too hot. For gaming put it on the cooling pad.
https://www.google.com/search?q=14%27+system+with+a+GTX970m&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8 finds such machines, under 2000.
http://www.ultrabookreview.com/5729-gaming-laptops-nvidia-970m-980m/ again has sub 2000 14 inchers.

Hi all,
I travel a lot for work so i figured a 14' inch machine will be optimal for me (and while at home i can always connect it to a big monitor).
I mostly play games such as Mass Effect, Dragon Age and CoD but i'm sure once i get a new powerful system i'll be trying every game i can get my hands on.
I read about the recent Nvidia cards and apparently the GTX970m will be the "perfect" card for my system (as i understand that you can't fit the GTX980m on something smaller than 15.6).
I saw the razer blade might be suitable for me but reviews mentioned it runs VERY hot and that's something i'll want to avoid as much as possible.
Basically - can anyone recommend a 14' system with a GTX970m and hopefully under 2000$?
Thanks!
