Games minimise on start up

As above really, All my games minimise and the mouse goes invisible but can still be used, very annoying and have no idea why this suddenly happened. I have run AVG and Norton's and they found nothing. I updated my drivers even reinstalled Norton in case it was that. It is driving me mad!

Wound be grateful for any advice, thank you!

I have tried to run it several times but the window closes as it comes to an end? Weird!

I now have my game problem resolved, I removed the drivers completely and reinstalled I figured it had to be an issue there and it seems to be ok. I am still concerned that there may be something nasty lurking though
