Question

Gamer PC build

Dec 11, 2015 2:42AM PST

I'm gona keep it short. My pc is outdated.

But when I try to configure the best gaming pc I notice I end up paying for a lot of options I don't realy need (talking about mainboard and gpu chips on processors). Also I notice that most cpu's these days (except the newer ones) use too much power and I don't want to brake the bank.

So here I am asking you to give me a few examples of the best possible pc build I could have for my money without paying too much for options I don't realy need.
Max budget is 2000€ but the closer you could help me get to 1000€ the better (as long as I get a pc that can run everything at high-medium for at least 4 years).

I allready own a descent SSD disk so you don't need to include that in the list.
Remember, All I care about is gaming (rest is less important). But I want to have good pc that I can game with for a very long time without having to cough up too much money. Why? I don't earn much and eventualy my wife gets the same pc as I have wich makes it an expensive hobby.
I guess I should be gratefull that we don't own a car so we can have something for ourselves.

Suggestions are appreciated and I thank you in advance!
(if your suggestion is to wait for the new AMD processors 2016, you may mention).

core i7 4790k + GTX 980 Ti + any motherboard for 150-200 euro that supports this i7 and gives you the opportunity to overclock it.
