Game Runescape not working on packard bell

Hi
My packard bell is under 1 year old.
i want to play a game called runescape i have the right java and the right internet explorer but the game doesnet work from other people's problems they have had the same computer as me packard bell
and help on why the game working

runescape sun java

try using the sun java for runescape instead of using the default java. that should fix the problem youre having.
