Galaxy s6 update android software off...

I bought yesterday galaxy s6, i dont have any root or something.
i tried to update my android software and i got an error.

"The operating system on your device has been modified in an unauthorized.Try downloading software updates using smart switch on your computer or visit a customer service center."

Beware there are s6 clones out there and they go boom at times.
