Then go back to factory conditions. That should solve it.

It doesn't matter where I am watching a video from Tumblr, (where I watch most vids) or Twitter, or FB. The videos have recently started freezing and the audio keeps playing. I have cleaned the cache, and deleted unwanted programs, and cleared memory. Nothing will help. This is very annoying.
