Galaxy S4 AT&T bluetooth tethering

My wife bought me a $300 I'M watch a while back and my s4 doesnt have bluetooth tethering which makes the I'M watch useless. is there any roots i can install to make this happen, i have a root on here now that has the bluetooth tethering but its not working.
