G600 Camera Problems

by DJ355 / December 9, 2007 8:49 PM PST

I have a G600 printer dock that came prepackage with my Z710 canera that I purchased almost 1 year ago. I have installed the software on two separate computers, and I cannot get either computer to recognize this printer. I've tried everything listed on the Kodak web site, including uninstalling and reinstalling the software, which I've done several times (using dial-up). I tried "adding" this printer, but this was also unsuccessful.

I can print directly from the camera, although this presents its own set of problems. The Kodak printer paper has great difficulty feeding through this printer. Also, the photos that I have managed to print barely have ink on the paper, and this is with a new (and costly) printer ink cartridge. Unfortunately, the ink cartridge that came with the printer was good for only four of five prints; and those prints were fine.

I've been fairly satisfied with the Z710 camera, but I've gotten very little use and a lot of expense, headache, and wasted time from the G600 photo printer. Please help!

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
