I've seen it be just a few parts.

The power supply and the main board. Sadly we had to swap one then the other to figure out which one. Hopefully someone else will have a cheaper idea.

1. Replace the battery on the logicboard.
2. Reset the logic board by removing the battery, disconnecting the power cord, pressing the "ON" button and then leaving the whole thing to just sit there for 30 minutes.
Then, press the CUDA button, next to the battery. (Looks like a small square metal thing with a very small pencil eraser in the middle of it) Press it ONCE
Replace the battery and power cord. Fire it up.

See if it makes a difference.

Let us know.

BTW, your machine is a Mirrored Door G4

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
