Buy what fits your hand, allows you to see thru the viewfinder easily, and has a weight you are comfotable with. Are you a spy? Buy a real small camera. Are you a photojournalist? Buy a rugged hefty camera. Go to stores and handle the cameras. Look thru them, hold them, fondle them, whoops, careful. Physically look at and handle all the cameras you can that have the features you want. Talk to others that have the same brand or same camera. Now, read the reviews here on C-Net, PC Mag, DPReview, etc. Next, find the price you are willing to pay. Buying the right camera is no snap decision. (pun intended) Seriously. This is how it is done.
