Fuzzy Screen after inserting PCIe devices

Feb 24, 2015 6:43PM PST

Dell 7020 i5, 8gb of RAM Win 7 64 Bit Professional

Hello Everyone,
I have a bit of a challenge, inserted a D-Link wireless PCIe adapter into the PC and got a fuzzy screen (Link here) whenever i installed its drivers. Believing that it was an issue with the D-Link, I then proceeded to install a TP-Link PCIe adapter and it worked fine for a while.
Now I may restart the PC a couple of times and it will be fine then all of a sudden the same fuzzy screen comes back.
I have spoken to Dell about it and they have indeed tried to help but this seems to be the first time that they have had this issue. Has anyone else seen such and managed to fix it.
Any advice is highly appreciated

Is the monitor connected to a separate video card or to the on-board video (video on the motherboard)?

The monitor is connected to the on board video.
